An investment gold bar represents weight, purity, and numbers.
A jewelry piece represents form, character, and light.
In this project, the journey begins with a Swiss fine gold bar (1 oz). Metal created to preserve value becomes the foundation of an individual piece of jewelry. A 14K alloy is formed, individual structural elements are created, settings for each gemstone are developed, and the architecture of the future piece is constructed.
The pendant is crafted in 14K yellow gold and built around two natural Brazilian amethysts of deep velvety violet tone. The oval cut establishes the center of the composition, while below it, a marquise cut creates an elongated, expressive silhouette.
The marquise is accented with two high-quality natural white diamonds, enhancing light and emphasizing the geometry of the form.
The bail is set with six natural black diamonds in pavé setting and completed with one larger white diamond, creating a controlled contrast.
Each element is created with precise control of proportions and setting. What matters here is not demonstrative luxury, but balance — when metal, gemstones, and structure function as one system.
Marchioness Jewelry Boutique is an independent jewelry atelier in Toronto, where we create custom jewelry in the aesthetic of luxury handmade jewelry, combining modern technologies with professional diamond and gemstone setting.
Projects of this level require not only equipment, but discipline, understanding of form, and responsibility for the result.
