Marchioness Jewelry Boutique specializes in custom-designed and made-to-order jewelry.

Due to the personalized nature of our work, specific return and refund conditions apply.

This policy applies to pieces created with personalized designs, custom stone selection, sizing, engravings, or any other individual specifications.

Returns or adjustments are accepted only in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

In such cases:

the client must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item
the item must be returned in its original condition, without signs of wear or external modification
each case is reviewed individually after inspection of the item

Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, external impact, or alterations performed by third parties.

Refunds are issued only in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect
The method of resolution is determined on a case-by-case basis and may include repair, replacement, or a refund
Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
